The new trend in Indian Film Industry is certainly heartwarming. And with LUCK BY CHANCE, we definitely feel that we all are indeed very lucky. The movie is one of the bests movies made recently and certainly the debutante director Zoya Akhtar starts with loud bang!
With an unconventional opening sequence to the amazing climax, the movie keeps you fixed to chair till the very end. Farhan Akhtar delivers another amazing underplay. But the best actor among all is Rishi Kapoor who perfectly performs various shades of bollywood director/producer. Konkana Sensharma as usual at her best. All the actors have done full justice to their roles. But special appreciation to Sanjay Khan who performed role of flopped actor who turns director with the help of his brother, Rishi Kapoor.
The movie presents inside view of our industry and that to a first hand view. Zoya Akhtar’s direction, story and screenplay deserve ten out of ten. The cameo performances by various actors and other members of industry are surprisingly very realistic to their real lives.
The story, acting, lyrics, music all deserve five stars.
